I appreciated the complimentary birthday cake and room decorations. They made my celebration nice. Waking up to the view from the Gateway View room on the 19th floor was a real highlight. The morning ritual yoga session added value to my stay. The team was attentive and ensured everything was perfect.
The housekeeping service was slow on one occasion. It took longer than expected to get my room cleaned.

the room itsself was nice, it had a beautiful room city view king bed. i liked there was daily complimentary water bottles provided, that was quite nice. the housekeeping service was fast and efficient i thought.
the check-in took ages, it took around 45 minutes which isnt so great.
